Transfer Files with Classic Graphics

Classic Graphics encourages you to upload your project files to our FTP site by one of three methods. Please notify your sales contact (by phone or email) when new files have been uploaded. Make sure to include the name of your file and the size (MB).

Option 1:
Download our FTP utility for the Mac or the PC. Decompress the downloaded file and follow the included PDF guide to upload your files.

Note that downloaded file for both platforms are compressed in .ZIP format. Mac OS X users can use BOMArchiveHelper which comes with OS X. PC users can use FreeZip if they do not have a utility already.

Option 2:
Use your own FTP client. For freeware FTP applications, we recommend Cyberduck for Mac OS X and FileZilla for Windows. Collect your project files in a single folder and compress the folder in either .SIT or .ZIP format. Upload your file to our FTP site using the following credentials:

Host: ftp.cgraphics.com
User: anonymous
Password: (your email address)

Once connected, you should see a folder named "to_classic." Copy your compressed file into this folder. You will not see your file once it has finished uploading.

Option 3:

To send a smaller project, please create a pdf or zip (PC) or stuff (Mac) your project folder into one file. Please read the Data File Guidelines before sending files.
